Live like a local in the heart of Folly Beach. The Studio room has a living area and King size bed in the same room. There is a full bathroom. Our new boutique hotel is located just steps away from Folly’s popular Center Street where you can enjoy shopping, more dining and nightlife, or a quick stroll to the beach. Take in the sights and sounds of our beloved hippie surfer beach town we refer to as the “Edge of America”. This studio room is on the second floor. 

This room is 350 sqft. with a 70 sqft. balcony, for a total accommodation of 420 sqft. 

We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee per dog: $125 up to three nights, $150 for four to six nights, and $250 for seven or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.

PLEASE NOTE THE LOCATION OF THIS ROOM IS ON THE 2ND FLOOR AND IS IN THE MIX OF COMMERCIAL CENTER STREET ACTIVITY, YOU WILL HEAR THE NOISE. There is a load/unload parking area beside the building. Reserved parking is one street behind the load and unload zone and is a 2-3 minute walk to the building.

Unique, awesome hotel stay at Folly

This beach hotel stay at Folly Beach, South Carolina was excellent, with clean sealed concrete floors, cool and comfortable air conditioning, and low humidity even right by the ocean. The walkout balcony was a great feature for catching the beach breeze, and the location made access to Folly Beach incredibly convenient. The bathroom water pressure was strong, everything from the dressers to the furniture and walls was clean and well maintained, and communication with the administration staff for check-in, check-out, and payments was A+++.

Last minute get away but was VERY satisfied with this hotel/room. It is a very small hotel, only 10 units which was a plus. It was very quiet, no waiting on elevators and no one right up under you. Close to EVERYTHING! Thank you Kim for all your help!!
