Live like a local in the heart of Folly Beach. The Studio room has a living area and King size bed in the same room. There is a full bathroom. Our new boutique hotel is located just steps away from Folly’s popular Center Street where you can enjoy shopping, more dining and nightlife, or a quick stroll to the beach. Take in the sights and sounds of our beloved hippie surfer beach town we refer to as the “Edge of America”. This studio room is on the third floor.
This room is 350 sqft. with a 70 sqft. balcony, for a total accommodation of 420 sqft.
We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee of $110 per dog for reservations up to three nights, and $150 per dog for reservations for four or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.

PLEASE NOTE THE LOCATION OF THIS ROOM IS ON THE 3RD FLOOR AND IS IN THE MIX OF COMMERCIAL CENTER STREET ACTIVITY, YOU WILL HEAR THE NOISE. There is a load/unload parking area beside the building. Reserved parking is one street behind the load and unload zone and is a 2-3 minute walk to the building.

Stayed at the Vera for a weekend and the place is great . 1 block off the main drag and 3 blocks from the beach . The hotel room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. We will definitely be back to stay here in the future .

My little dog and I loved the Vera! Very comfortable bed. Unique decor and art (Rod Stewart in my room, Beatles in the hallway). Really liked the nice walk-in shower. Great location. Definitely will stay again when I'm visiting Folly Beach.

Were a nice clean parking lot close the beach quiet place
This is a really cool place, conveniently located to restaurants, bars, and the beach. The rooms are neat and clean, well supplied with the basics needed for a short stay, and easy to keep cool. The HVAC system is superior and the rooms are well insulated to hold cool air in. I imagine the heat works as well. The floors are concrete, but that never really bothered me. Easier to tell when clean or dirty. Unusually clean for a beach place with all the sand people drag in. The staff, administration, and cleaning crews are easy to reach and use common sense to make decisions, rather than inflexible rules. They are nice and easy to talk to as well. I like it.
