Live like a local in the heart of Folly Beach. The Studio room has a living area and King size bed in the same room. There is a full bathroom. Our new boutique hotel is located just steps away from Folly’s popular Center Street where you can enjoy shopping, more dining and nightlife, or a quick stroll to the beach. Take in the sights and sounds of our beloved hippie surfer beach town we refer to as the “Edge of America”. This studio room is on the third floor.
This room is 350 sqft. with a 75 sqft. balcony, for a total accommodation of 425 sqft.
We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee of $110 per dog for reservations up to three nights, and $150 per dog for reservations for four or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.

PLEASE NOTE THE LOCATION OF THIS ROOM IS ON THE 3RD FLOOR AND IS IN THE MIX OF COMMERCIAL CENTER STREET ACTIVITY, YOU WILL HEAR THE NOISE. There is a load/unload parking area beside the building. Reserved parking is one street behind the load and unload zone and is a 2-3 minute walk to the building.

It was easy to check in and the location was great. I decided to take a solitude solo vacation and go to Folly. The location was nice. It was close to everything. I didn’t have to get in my car at all. The room was clean and comfortable.

3 days wasn't long enough to try all the amazing restaurants, even though the condo is only 3 blocks from the beach. I almost don't want to write this review out of fear the space won't he available for the 6 more times I want to go there this summer
My husband and I decided on a last minute trip while moving our daughter into college down that way. This place was the best impromptu stay we could have had! It was close to anything in Folly we wanted to do, very walkable. There wasn't much street noise and the room was very clean. Also, I cannot say enough about their customer service. From beginning to end, every staff member that we dealt with was amazing and easy to communicate with. We would most definitely stay there again. 10/10 recommend.
