Live like a local in the heart of Folly Beach. The Deluxe Studio room with a Deck is a studio room with a living area, kitchenette, and King size bed in the same room. There is a full bathroom. The large spacious deck features sunset views of the Folly River. Our boutique Hotel Folly is located just steps away to Folly’s popular Center Street where you can enjoy shopping, more dining and nightlife, or a quick stroll to the beach. Enjoy relaxing on the spacious deck, settle in with a drink and enjoy the sights and sounds of the sun setting over the Folly River at the “Edge of America”. This deluxe studio room is on the second floor.
This room is 350 sqft. with a 80 sqft. deck, for a total accommodation of 430 sqft.
We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee per dog: $125 up to three nights, $150 for four to six nights, and $250 for seven or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.

Hotel Folly is perfect in every way. Gorgeous water views from the spacious deck, you can easily walk everywhere and they include every amenity you could possibly need. We will definitely be back!

Great Location, Room was comfortable, just what we needed for a 35 wedding anniversary weekend. We walked everywhere. Close to the beach, close to local shopping and restaurant. What a neat little town. We will be back.
Everything from A to Z was addressed. Communication was excellent and we new what to expect going in. Room, bed, appliances, etc. All were clean and ready for use at the 4:00pm check in time. We were close enough to walk to beach and all the shops and restaurants. That said, we were far enough away that noise wasn't an issue. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to the area.
